Patch notes
Patch notes: when elements meet
From Windborne, teacher of air
Have you ever put two things together just to see what they’d do? Of course you have. Everyone has. Some of us never stopped.
In the game
- Pass your teacher’s exam, and the board changes. Clear enough of two elements at the same time and they don’t just leave. They meet. What happens then depends on which two. There are six ways it can go.
- I’m not going to tell you what they are. Finding out is the lesson. (It’s a good lesson. Some of it is weather.)
- After your exam, How to play keeps a list, for when you want to remember which two make which.
- Your teacher and Light know them too, and they’re not shy about it in the exams. Some of them are hard on stone, which you may find useful later. Later, later.
- If you’ve read far enough in the book, you may already have an idea or two. You won’t need to pass anything.
Smaller things
- Opening How to play from the results now takes you back to the results.
Go on, then. Put two things together. Up is a direction too!
