Light: Six questions from the academy. Very official. We suggest an element; you choose any of the four. No wrong answers, legally speaking. I checked. Twice.

Light: Everything above it, on each board. And each one opens with a moment from the start of the book.

• Exams. Ten boards: your teacher. Twenty: Light.

Light: Same tiles, side by side. Your chains and combos push your teacher’s stack up, and theirs push yours. Last one standing passes. When a teacher’s stack climbs, we get a little rattled. Even us. Especially us.

• Lose. Again. Easier.

Light: Each loss eases your teacher a step. Not much. He insisted.
